Center to being human are emotions, feelings and behaviours that are learned, and in some cases, underused or misunderstood. Emotional Intelligence is the ability to be self-aware of our own emotions and to be conscious of the emotions of the people around us. It means being able and responsible to manage those emotions effectively.

With focused time, and a little support, we can learn that in every moment we have a “response” choice. We can bring to light patterns of responses that we have accepted over time and through repeated experience. The question is, do any of your patterns need adjusting? Between sessions you will build emotional resilience by practicing awareness and choice exercises.

You may also elect to participate in assessments such as SixSeconds or MBTI to supplement and inform your coaching experience.
